In 2016, Expedia’s Vacation Deprivation study revealed that 92% of Americans felt happier after a getaway, yet 500 million vacation days went unused. Recognizing work pressures as a key barrier, we saw an opportunity to promote travel.
We created YouTube pre-roll ads showcasing the best reasons to book a flight, inspiring workers to use their PTO and embrace the happiness and fulfillment that comes with taking time off instead of staying tethered to the office.
